Here are the questions we asked in this episode.

  • What makes you happy? What do you love doing so much that you would do it no matter what?
  • What have been some of the most enjoyable achievements in life?
  • Who do you most admire? What qualities about them inspire you and cause you to admire them?

After answering them read through your answers and pull out phrases that leap out to you.

Then refine the list down to a few specific actions that would allow you to do more of those things in your life.

Then schedule time to actually DO those things.

Repeat this every few months as you dial in clarity.
