{ Absolutely. I shared a little in the intro about your work the book that you've got that's just been come out and some of the other things that you've done.}

{Kind of getting to this point, and yet at the same time, I always think of intros and those sorts of things, like the Instagram photos. They just show what we want 'em to show. They never show the whole story. Yeah. They're highlight real, right? There's, yeah, exactly. There's nothing wrong with that, but there's so always more to the story, would you share a little bit more about your journey and what brought you to the point where this is the message you're trying to }

{ Yeah, absolutely. So my journey has been about discovering just how powerful words really are. Not just for communication, but also for transformation, for dominion, for legacy, and for years I knew.}

{I just knew that there was more inside of me. There was more vision, there was more impact, but I just wasn't fully stepping into this authority that I heard so many people talking about. Like I wasn't fully stepping into the authority that God had already given me. Like it wasn't that I didn't have a voice, it was that I wasn't using my voice with precision, with confidence, with conviction, and I was speaking from hesitation. Instead of authority. I was, I would speak from struggle instead of victory. And, I realized something I realized that the words I spoke were either keeping me bound or setting me free. And that's when God woke me up to a }

{ truth that really changed everything.}

{Nothing in the kingdom moves without a word. Like everything God created, he spoke into existence. }

{ if I'm made in his image. Then my words carry that same power. And that revelation really hit me hard, like I stopped speaking from a place of limitations, and then I started to speak from this place of having dominion.}

{I stopped waiting for things to change and I started commanding my future. And when I did, everything just began to shift. And so that's why I wrote The Voice of a Queen, because I saw so many women, particularly trapped in silence. In hesitation, in self-doubt, unaware that their words were actually the key to their breakthrough.}

{Too many of us are speaking from our emotions. We're speaking from this place of our emotions instead of speaking from our assignment or narrating our problems instead of declaring our future. And I knew it. }

{ I knew that I had to help shift that. And so now my mission is clear to help women take back their voice, own their power, speak with boldness, because when a woman truly owns her voice, she owns her destiny.}

{I would say that. I'm extremely passionate about women, but it's true for everyone. }

{Like when you own your voice, you own your destiny. And when you speak with faith and authority, you don't just change your life, but you actually shift generations. }

{ So one of the things that, that you just said there that I think is important as people talk about having, words have power, and a lot of times when they say that, they're talking about how it affects other people.}

{\pard \line \par}

{But would you include in that the words that we speak to ourselves that maybe we don't even say out loud and how they affect our own thinking? }

{\pard \line \par}

{\b\cf3 Chantal Santiago:\b0}

{ I would say the words that you speak over yourself are more important and more powerful than the words that you speak to other people. }

{\pard \line \par}

{Because. }

{ You affect you first, then other people. }

{And I think of the verse in scripture, Proverbs 1821, it says The power of life and death is in the tongue. }

{ those that love it, eat its fruit. So you can either speak life over a situation or you can speak death. You choose, but either way, you're gonna, you're gonna love it.}

{You're gonna live the life that you're speaking. And then I even think of Dr. Miles Monroe. He has this incredible quote, and I love it. I love it. He says, whatever you have, whatever you don't have, you said it. And so that responsibility, that onus of our words, comes back to us, but it affects us way more than it affects the people around us and the generations to come, but it starts with us.}

{It's a ripple effect. }

{ So one of the things I like to highlight on the show is the intersection between our faith and our life and our faith and how there's }

{ always some sort of feedback loop between those two. How has your faith journey affected this journey you've been on?}

{\pard \line \par}

{\b\cf3 Chantal Santiago:\b0}

{ My faith journey is actually foundational to everything that I do. Like it's foundational. That's it that's the key word for me. My faith journey is the foundation of everything I do. I grew up knowing about God. I grew up knowing about him, but it wasn't until I fully surrendered to his voice that I stepped into the authority that he had already given me.}

{\pard \line \par}

{So for me, there was a moment when I realized my silence was costing me my destiny. I was playing it small. I had accepted this cheap, cheap version of myself. This mediocre version of myself when Jesus paid full price for me on the cross. And I always look at that and it's just man, the enemy's first attack is always going to be on our voice, because if he can keep us silent, }

{ then what he can do is distort our identity and actually keep us from stepping into dominion.}

{And that is what he is most afraid of. He's actually most afraid of us stepping into and walking in our dominion because he knows that when we do that, we are absolutely unstoppable. And so I had to learn to fight back, not just with belief, but with my faith-filled words. And so I began to declare God's truth even when my circumstances told a completely different story.}

{And that's when every time in my life I began to see things shift. It was always because my words had started to change and they began to be faith-filled words. And here's the thing. I think when it comes to faith, we've gotta remember what faith actually is. Faith is not just belief.}

{\pard \line \par}

{Faith isn't even passive. Faith is actually a creative force. And without faith, our words are literally just }

{ sounds coming out of our mouth. So when we talk about, faith-filled words with faith, words actually become decrees. Words will shape the reality that you see before you. And that's why I wrote The Voice of a Queen, really, because when a woman aligns her words with faith.}

{She stops asking for permission and starts issuing decrees. She doesn't just hope that things will change. She actually commands it to manifest before her, and that's the power of a voice that is anchored in faith. }

{ So what do you think, how does this actually play out in someone's life? Share an example, let's say that there's a woman listening right now and Yeah.}

{\pard \line \par}

{And she's struggling in this area of being, understanding her voice and the power of her voice. What would you say to her right now, or where should she start to begin to understand what you're talking about? }

{\pard \line \par}

{\b\cf3 Chantal Santiago:\b0}

{ Yeah, absolutely. I think of, my role as a mom, for me, I've seen this play out as }

{ my role.}

{\pard \line \par}

{As a mom, I've got two beautiful children, as you mentioned. I've got one boy who's three and a half, and Zion is his name. And, he's such a little treasure and from a very young age, he had delays. He had oral sensory delays. He had trouble with eating, he had trouble with speaking.}

{\pard \line \par}

{He was just really delayed at the end of it all. But we took him to the doctors and the normal checks and everything that they do with the pediatrician. But what I found was over a period of six months, they threw every single label at this little boy under the sun, like literally every single label at him.}

{\pard \line \par}

{And they were really damning labels, and I, in that moment, had a choice to make. I could accept these labels that were being thrown at him, which were in direct contradiction with what I knew God had showed me and spoken to me about my son and the life that he was gonna live }

{ or I. I could choose to speak truth and God's truth over him.}

{\pard \line \par}

{I could choose to speak the promises that God has for his life. Speak destiny over his life, speak life over him. And I had a choice. Do I give into the doubt or do I speak the truth? Do I give into the, the frustrations and the, the anxiety of it all? Or do I speak faith-filled words?}

{\pard \line \par}

{And we chose to speak faith-filled words. And once our language started to shift, we have actually seen our son, who is now three and a half, and he literally is going from strength to strength to strength. What he did struggle with eating, what he did, struggle with speaking. Now he's talking now I have trouble keeping him quiet when I'm trying to put his sister to sleep because he's.}

{\pard \line \par}

{Singing on the top of his lungs, praising God. And it's just like he eats peanut butter and pancakes nonstop. I can't stop him. }

{ And so for me, it's just change your words. If you don't like what you're seeing in front of you, change your words. Start to speak words of life. Start to speak words that are full of faith and you'll begin to see things change.}

{Just like I did, just like I did with my son. }

{ So with somebody out there is hearing this and one of the areas that, that we touch on a lot in the show is around this area of calling. And first off I'd like you to speak to or define when you hear the word calling, what does that mean to you?}

{\pard \line \par}

{And then as well, how does what you're talking about help with someone beginning to both recognize and then live into their calling? }

{\pard \line \par}

{\b\cf3 Chantal Santiago:\b0}

{ Yeah, great question. Great question. So for me, a calling is an assignment and we've all been placed here with many assignments, but ultimately a calling }

{ is what you've been placed here to do.}

{\pard \line \par}

{It's not who you are. It's what you've been placed here to do on this earth. It's your contribution to make this place look like heaven here on earth. And so that's what calling is. And when we're talking about the power of our words and we're talking about, putting faith behind your words impact absolutely everything.}

{\pard \line \par}

{And as it pertains to, say you've realized your calling. And you're still trying to work out what that looks like and how on earth God could choose you to do that kind of an impact in this earth. You could choose to speak those words out and question what God has told you or you could embrace that he will never leave you.}

{\pard \line \par}

{He will never forsake you and everything that you need to do, what he has called you to do is already inside of you and you }

{ can walk it out. I think that's really practical. Like we're really good, especially as women. We're our own worst enemy. We talk about how, oh, the enemy did this, the enemy did that.}

{\pard \line \par}

{No he didn't. You did it yourself. You spoke those words out of your mouth yourself. We beat ourselves up. And so I think when it comes to it, Scott, your words ultimately shape the reality that you are seeing. And so when it comes to your assignment, why you have been put on this earth, what impact you are called to make, you could spend an entire lifetime doubting it.}

{Or you could stand up, accept who he has created you to be. Walk it out now and get to the end of time and stand before him and just hear well done. Good and faithful servant. }

{ How do you see this play out in a relationship as }

{\cf2 [00:16:00]}

{ well? There, there's a lot of women that are listening.}

{\pard \line \par}

{There's a lot of men that listen, but a lot of the women that listen, a lot of them are married and they they say one of the reasons they're listening is because. Of things, they want to support and speak well into their husband's life and Right. And help them realize their calling and that sort of thing.}

{\pard \line \par}

{Yeah. I think women a lot of times we're, they're nurturers and they care about what else is going on, not just themselves, so to speak. Men are a little bit more oblivious a lot of times. }

{\pard \line \par}

{\b\cf3 Chantal Santiago:\b0}

{ Hi, you're funny, }

{\pard \line \par}

{\b\cf1 Scott Maderer:\b0}

{ but, not always but a lot of us are. Nature nurture. Is that cultural, right?}

{\pard \line \par}

{Yes. It's a little bit of all of that, I think. I think all of that's involved. But when you talk to a woman in a relationship situation, how have you seen, this ability to speak and the power of the wor words and manifesting that play out in those roles, }

{\pard \line \par}

{\b\cf3 Chantal Santiago:\b0}

{ Where purpose is unknown.}

{\pard \line \par}

{Abuse is inevitable. }

{\pard \line \par}

{Where purpose is unknown, abuse is inevitable. And so I would say unless you understand your role }

{ as a woman in a relationship, then you are gonna abuse your role in a relationship. And what we see right now is we see a lot of women that are out with something to prove.}

{\pard \line \par}

{Whether they're married, whether they're single, they're especially married women these days. I, there's an all out assault on marriages right now from the enemy, and it's just we've gotta take responsibility for that, and women are in this place where they feel like they have to, speak over the top of their husbands and, they have to prove their own worth and all that sort of thing.}

{\pard \line \par}

{And I think unless we realize what our role is as a wife. As a woman first and foremost, but then as a wife, then we're gonna abuse the situation and we're not gonna ever fully function the way that we're designed to. And first and foremost, we are called to be a help mate, but it's also about operating in the grace in the space that God has created us for.}

{Man was created to do before God even put woman on this earth. He gave man work. That means that men do. Do, and that's how they get their fulfillment. They're like, my husband, I, and I'm sure you're probably the same he's so fulfilled by what he does. It just, it brings him alive. Like it just, it, it's, he's so fulfilled by what he does, but as a woman, Eve was placed in the garden in relationship.}

{She was placed there with this mandate to help. Now, does that mean that you're below man? No. You were actually placed on earth to rule and reign together A helpmate. Another word for helpmate is a running mate, a soulmate. My husband likes to tell people a soulmate is not. An SOUL mate. It's as an }

{ SOLE mate, like a running soul.}

{\pard \line \par}

{Ha. But it's true, right? We were put here to rule together. }

{\pard \line \par}

{And I would go as far as to say women, we need to realize that in our households, our voice is actually the loudest voice in the house. What we say carries so much weight. Our emotions that we put out affects the entire household. Those lovely things that happen once a month that all women deal with.}

{\pard \line \par}

{And if you don't, then you're lucky. But all, it's just like those monthly things happen and it's just like the whole house can be affected if you let it. Just by the words that you're speaking. And so when you realize your role is there to help, and also let's remember that the culture of the kingdom of God is honor, right?}

{And it talks about in James }

{ how we are to outdo one another with honor. But again, it comes back to the words that you are choosing to. Outta your mouth, you're choosing to speak again. They're either gonna speak life or they're gonna speak death over your relationship, over your marriage, over your household.}

{\pard \line \par}

{It's up to you. But practically speaking, we've gotta remember our role as a woman first as a wife. Then we operate from that place. A woman, we touched on what a man was created to do. A woman was put into relationship, which means that a woman's true fulfillment actually comes from being first man's.}

{Fulfillment comes from doing. Woman's fulfillment comes from being now here. What I am not saying, I am not saying that we're not meant to do anything and we're just supposed to sit at home and just twiddle our thumbs. }

{ being is not actually a passive }

{ word. It's really not. It's really not. But here's the thing with being.}

{Your fulfillment as a woman comes first and foremost from being, and it is out of the overflow and the abundance of that, that we can then go out and do and give so much to all of the hats that we wear. }

{ One of the things that struck me while you were talking so I don't know how much biblical study you do but the word that is used for helpmate in, in. Genesis when we're talking about the creation of woman Yes. Is actually the same word that in Hebrew is used in the Psalms. Yes. For the Lord is a helper. Yes. So a lot of times when people say help me that means lesser or pa. It's no. The word is actually on equal with anything else or any other position of authority.}

{It is not a lesser place. Yes. It's }

{\pard \line \par}

{\b\cf3 Chantal Santiago:\b0}

{ actually the same word that is used. For Holy Spirit }

{\pard \line \par}

{\b\cf1 Scott Maderer:\b0}

{ And of the spirit is helper. It also can be used to }

{ mean g God's creative masterpiece. Yes. A warrior, yes. A strong person. You know it, that, that verb is used in Yeah. Or that actually descriptive word is used in different.}

{Parts in Hebrew to mean a lot of different things. None of which are lesser. Exactly. Exactly. There's no way Where is it ever used to imply that it's lesser. And yet somehow we've managed to twist that in a way that it's that's not actually what that means. }

{\pard \line \par}

{ But isn't that exactly what the enemy does?}

{\pard \line \par}

{Sure. Yeah. He takes truth. He like, I hear people say, oh the the enemy is creative. No, he is not. Destruct the enemy is not creative. He's actually, he, it says in scripture that he is there to steal, to kill, and to destroy. He's been doing the same thing since the beginning of time.}

{\pard \line \par}

{If you go and look at his, the account in the Bible of when he was in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve. He takes truth and he distorts it. He might take one word and add one here. And when you do that, you completely }

{ change truth. You shift truth. And so we've got all these people that think they're believing truth right now, and they're actually not.}

{They're believing a half truth because they're not. Anyway, that's a whole nother path that we could go down, but he's very sneaky at what he does. Very sneaky. }

{\b\cf1 Scott Maderer:\b0}

{ I think, yeah, actually the. There are many people that choose to pick. What they see as the truth. And ignore the parts that are uncomfortable or don't fit, with their particular desire and narrative.}

{\pard \line \par}

{And by the way, we all do that to some extent. Yes, we do. Myself included. So I'm not by, I'm not by no judgment here, not by any means saying I'm not guilty of that. There are times that I, but but it is something that I think we have to fight about. Absolutely. Or fight against. And as an example, one of the things that I encourage people to do is when you're out looking for facts, I deliberately try to find facts that disprove the facts that I find most comfortable, right?}

{And in other }

{ words if I find a fact and I'm like, yes, that proves my point. Okay. Now let me go see if I can find somebody that disproves that. Exactly. Which is darn it. I did find something that's, the other thing. Okay, now I need to study this more. I need to go deeper because obviously there's more to it.}

{As opposed to you come across the first fact that you find and go. It proves I'm right now. Lemme stop looking. I'm good. Yeah. So how do you think when we talk about this, realizing our calling and speaking things into existence and decreeing things, for a lot of folks too, I think there may be some discomfort around this feeling magic or manifesting that.}

{\pard \line \par}

{The kind of the secret, that was the, oh, if you speak it every, the universe will just give you everything you want. All you have to do is just speak it. And yet I also think there's a difference in what you're saying here from that sort of thing. So talk a little bit about how this isn't just that.}

{\pard \line \par}

{The law of attraction kind of thing, that's also been out there. }

{\pard \line \par}

{\b\cf3 Chantal Santiago:\b0}

{ I would }

{\cf2 [00:25:00]}

{ even challenge that too. And like I just mentioned before, the enemy is very sneaky at taking God's original intention of something and twisting it and turning it, and making it look something that it's not supposed to be.}

{\pard \line \par}

{And I even think of the word manifest. }

{\pard \line \par}

{Yet in Genesis, God spoke. And it became, }

{\pard \line \par}

{Now, I don't know about you, but I'm pretty sure that's manifesting. So we're wait. We're seeing manifesting. Some people will hear the word manifesting and they'll be like, Ugh. They'll be, sick in their stomach sort of thing.}

{\pard \line \par}

{But actually, if you look at what the word means, God spoke and it became, God spoke. Let there be light. And light came. So when it comes to your words and realizing your calling, I would say that it all comes down to what you're talking about is you're talking about aligning your words with vision and aligning it with God's truth.}

{\pard \line \par}

{ Here's what I mean by that. Your words are literally the blueprint of your future. If your language doesn't align with the vision that you have, you will sabotage your own progress only every single time because your words either build the path to your calling or they block it. So a person walking in their purpose doesn't just dream about it.}

{They speak it as if it's if they're already living it, if God has called you to lead, but you're constantly saying, oh, I'm not ready. Oh, I don't know if I'm enough, or, oh, I don't think I'm the one now, you've got the wrong person. Then your own words are shutting the door to your own purpose.}

{\pard \line \par}

{Like you are reinforcing this limitation instead of activating what's already inside of you. And if you wanna step into your calling, your words must match where you're going, not where you've been. That's a shift from looking in the past to looking to the future. That is key. }

{ That is absolutely key. That also means no more self-doubt in your language.}

{It also means no more small talk that keeps you playing small. It means no more speaking what you see instead of what God has said. And what happens is when your words and your vision actually align, you create this beautiful atmosphere where your calling begins to manifest. It's not about speaking positively it's about speaking prophetically.}

{ know, your words don't just describe your reality. They actually shape it. When you start speaking from your assignment rather than your emotions, you don't just move towards your calling, you actually step into it. }

When my son faced all these learning delays, I prayed with faith, but I actually wrestled with the fear of seeing no change. I felt the weight of waiting, the exhaustion of wondering if my words were actually truly carrying power, but everything shifted When I made a decision, I would not waver.}

{I would not let fear have the final say. I would align my words with God's word and refuse to speak anything less. And that's what the voice of a Queen is. It's an invitation for women to rise up to reclaim their authority and speak as those who rule to stop narrating life from a place of defeat. Start declaring their future from a place of }

{ So my brand is inspired stewardship, and I run things through that lens of stewardship, and yet, yes, speaking of words, that's one of those words that I've discovered over the years can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people.}

{So when you hear the word stewardship, what does that word mean to you? I. }

{ Yeah, when I think of stewardship, I actually think of Adam being placed in the garden in Genesis. He was placed there for a purpose and his purpose was to tend and to keep it. And what is interesting about those two words tend and keep is in the Hebrew meanings of those two words tend actually means to work and keep means to God.}

{And so with. Work and God }

{ tend and keep in mind to me when I think of stewardship is responsibility. It's recognizing that everything that God has given us is an assignment. Whether it's our time, our gifts, our influence, even our words. And most people, when they think of stewardship, they only think of it in terms of finances or money, but it goes so much deeper than that, to me, stewardship is really about managing well. I. Not just managing, but managing what God has entrusted to you. And so I even think of Luke 1610. Jesus says, he who is faithful in what is least, is faithful also in the march. So that means how we handle the small things really determines what we're trusted with next.}

{And words might seem like they're small, but they actually carry the power of life and death. So in my life, for instance, stewardship has really meant guarding what I allow into my mind and what I release from my mouth. It's meant being }

{ intentional with my words, because words don't, they, they don't just create they don't just communicate, they create something.}

{You know what? I speak over my life, what I speak over, my family, my calling, it determines the reality that I live in. I have had to steward my voice in moments of uncertainty, like with Zion. Could have spoken, fear, frustration, and all of the doubt under the sun. But I had to choose to steward my words well.}

{\pard \line \par}

{I had to speak God's truth over him, even when I didn't see it. And because I chose to manage my words with faith, I saw a shift not just in my son, but in me as well. And now it's almost because I've been faithful in stewarding my own voice, God is entrusting me with equipping women now. To do the same.}

{This is not just about me. It's not just about the present. It's about generations to come. The words that we speak today don't just shape our lives. They really set the course for those who are gonna come after us. And so I get }

{ to teach women to steward their voices with wisdom and faith because when you steward your words, you steward your destiny.}

{And when you master your voice, you actually position yourself for greater dominion, influence and impact not just for yourself, but for those who will rise because you dared to step up and speak and operate from a place of stewardship and responsibility. }

{ So this is my favorite question that I like to ask everybody.}

{Imagine for a moment that I invented this magic machine, and with this machine I could take you from where you are today and transport you into the future. Maybe 150, maybe 250 years. But through the power of this machine, you were able to look back and see your entire life. Yeah. See all of the connections, all of the ripples, all of the impacts you've left.}

{What impact do you hope you've left in the world? }

{ I love that. What would it look like? For us to operate from the future in the }

{ now because we don't wait for something to happen before we start living like it's real. We live like it now. And that's actually what faith is. And biblically, that's exactly how God works.}

{Isaiah 46 says, I declare the end from the beginning. And that mean when God's giving you a vision, it's not just a possibility, it's a divine reality waiting for your agreement. So the fact that he has shown you this vision means it's already in his heart for you. And because I operate from the future, I've already impacted 5 million women for the Kingdom of God.}

{I've seen these women step into their divine identity, fully owning their voice, their influence, and their God-given dominion. There's this generation of women who no longer shrink back, but who speak with unshakable confidence and they declare God's }

{ word boldly, and they rule their lives with this wisdom and authority that comes from God.}

{That is the place that I live from now. Like I don't just think about impact as something that might happen one day, like I operate from it now, the way that I speak, the way that I build, the way that I move. It's as if I've already reached that future because in God's timeline it's already done.}

{Like it's already finished. And so that's why I don't just wanna look back and I don't wanna just see like a book or a coaching program, like I actually wanna see Queens Rising. I wanna see women ruling with wisdom. I wanna see Daughters of God walking in Full Dominion because I see it like I'm walking in it every single day.}
