I also talk with you about how to use some of that time to constantly invest in yourself, but how that can also be a danger that keeps you from doing if you aren't careful. I also point out the seldom thought of "third way" we should spend some of our time and challenge you to develop a schedule that allows you time for all three ways you can spend your time.
