In this episode, I talk with you about how God does indeed equip the called, but often not in the way you expect.  God also sometimes calls the equipped because God was equipping you long before you even knew your call.  I also share with you some of the biggest mistakes people make because of this statement and how you need to find where God is operating and go there rather than go where you want and ask God to bless what you want.
