Join us today for an episode about the plasticity of the brain and how it changes in reaction to complaining...

Today's episode is focused on what to do to reprogram your brain from complaining to gratitude.

In this episode, I talk with you about complainers and complaining.  Both the Bible and Science agree complaining and negativity changes you.  I also give you some actionable advice about what to do if you are a complainer and what to do if you know someone who is a complainer.  I also talk to you about how you can change it if you recognize it because belief changes the brain, but you have to change the belief.
