In this episode, I talk with you about complainers and complaining.  Both the Bible and Science agree complaining and negativity changes you.  I also give you some actionable advice about what to do if you are a complainer and what to do if you know someone who is a complainer.  I also talk to you about how you can change it if you recognize it because belief changes the brain, but you have to change the belief.
