This is Part 2 of the interview I had with author and CEO Shannon Miles of Belay.  

Shannon Miles is the author of the new book "The Third Option" about not being forced to choose between family and career but pursuing a third way so that you can have both.  In today's interview, Shannon and I talk about how servant leadership is a vital part of serving others.  We also discuss how to deal with the possible isolation you can feel when you pursue a non-traditional option for your career path.  Shannon also gives some advice on how to be a good mentor to others.
